Location: The Bund (Sightseeing Platform), Shanghai, China Time: 28 Apr, 2pm +8UTC Number of participants: 150+ Description of events: Starting from 1:30pm, participants were arriving and taking their photos respectively, few local policemen questioning them but didn’t stop them or dispersed them.
