In our efforts to keep abreast and informed on current happenings in Malaysia, members of Global Bersih’s Steering Committee participated in an online meeting with Mr Thomas Fann, the Chairperson of Bersih 2.0.
Throughout the meeting, Mr Thomas shared with other attendees about the advocacy works done by Bersih 2.0 from GE-14 till now on electoral and institutional reforms. He also took the opportunity to request Global Bersih to continue sharing the works done by Bersih 2.0 to the Malaysian diaspora via its existing platforms; and participate in the discourse about the socio-political issues in Malaysia.
